I believe you misinterpreted his predictions. China was totally destroyed in his predictions. It sounded like Russa was the big winner. Europe was damaged by the nuclear exchange. The initial nuclear exchange was Russia vs. China & Europe which by NATO treaty included a “limited” strike on The US. (only cities over 500K were targeted).
Problem was he said the inital war in the US started 2004 (3 years ago) so I doubt the accuracy of his prediction
